Terms & Procedures:
1. Buyer confirms Seller's offer & Send ICPO or LOI
2. Seller issues SPA
3. Buyer signs SPA and revert back to Seller for Seller to countersign
4. Buyer issues to Seller LC/DLC covering full product value
5. As soon as Seller's Bank confirms clear receipt of LC/DLC, Seller starts loading of the vessel, and release to Buyer follows loading port documents:

6. On vessel’s arrival at discharging port, Buyer performs Q&Q survey, and if all acceptable, Buyer effect full payment according to LC/DLC terms and Seller’s final Invoice.
7. Discharging to Buyer’s shore tanks starts.
